Igenomix HQ achieves ISO15189

We are proud to announce that IGENOMIX SPAIN LAB has recently passed the accreditation audit for UNE EN ISO 15189:2013 Medical Laboratories, Requirements for quality and competence. This scope of this accreditation includes the tests PGT-A, PGT-SR, POC, SAT, NACE 5C and ERA.
The accreditation body for ISO standards in Spain, ENAC, has determined that the management and organization of the laboratory, as well as the technical competencies for carrying out the clinical tests, meet the requirements of ISO 15189.
This not only highlights the ability of IGENOMIX SPAIN LAB to provide a quality service to its patients and users, but also gives reassurance that all pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical processes carried out by the laboratory, as well as the laboratory’s management of personnel, facilities, equipment and reagents, are designed to obtain accurate and reliable results to support clinical decisions.
Obtaining this accreditation demonstrates the commitment to the quality and excellence of the clinical tests offered by IGENOMIX SPAIN LAB and adds to the existing CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) certification obtained in 2018.
